Feature Name Feature Description
Block Caller ID Delivery Always blocks the Caller ID on outgoing calls. Users can selectively unblock or deliver their Caller ID.
Call Forward Fixed to Voice Mail Lets the user forward their calls to voice mail and makes this option available in the Reach Me section of their portal.
Call Forward Variable Lets the user forward all of their calls to another number.
Call Waiting Lets a second incoming call come to a single-line analog handset. If this feature is not enabled, the second incoming call receives a busy signal.

This uses less bandwidth per call than what is used by a traditional digital PSTN call using the uncompressed (G.711) codec.
Contact Name Lookup This feature matches the phone numbers of incoming callers with their names for Outlook Integration Contact List treatments and the call log display.
Disable Canada Calls Disables calls to Canada.
